The Defendant shall file the Affidavit of Assets and Liabilities within a period of one week from today. 3.

The Draft Issues are required to be exchanged between the parties and have to be finalized by the next date. This shall also be complied with by the next date.

Accordingly, place Interim Application alongwith Parsi Suit for consideration on 27th February, 2025. 5.

Liberty is granted to the Defendant to file Affidavit-inRejoinder to the Affidavit-in-Reply filed in Interim Application, within a period of one week from today.
