In this application, on 24th July 2024, this Court granted exparte ad-interim reliefs in favour of the applicant/ plaintiff. Subsequently, the ad-interim order was extended by an order dated 9th October 2024 and the timeline for submission of reports BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2025.02.27 17:18:52 +0530 BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI by the Additional Special Receiver and Court Receiver were extended.

The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff submits that

bipin prithiani 902-ial-22004.24.doc since this was initiated as a John Doe action and further locations are found where the order is required to be executed, this Court may consider extending the timeline. It is brought to the notice of this Court that assistance of Police would be required for executing the order of this Court at various locations. Details of the concerned Police Stations are given. Accordingly, the Senior Inspectors of Vakola Police Station, D. B. Marg Police Station, V. P. Road Police Station, Pydhonie Police Station, Shil Daighar Police Station and Sewree Police Station, are directed to provide assistance to the Additional Special Receiver to execute the exparte ad-interim order of this Court, extended from time to time, without charging any costs.

Accordingly, the Additional Court Receiver is granted time till 28th March 2025 to submit report. The Court Receiver shall submit report by 4th April 2025.

List the application for further consideration on 8th April 2025.

The ad-interim order shall continue to operate till 9th April 2025.
