1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (L.) No. 14577 of 2023, which was dismissed for non compliance of the directions issued vide Notice dated 8th March, 2024, inter-alia, for non removal of office objections within stipulated period.

1.1) There is a delay of 132 days in preferring present Application. 2) Learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, for condonation of the said delay, the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.
