2025.04.25 17:29:37 +0530 NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL learned Master & Assistant Prothonotary of this Court, who has been appointed as Commissioner to verify the documents mentioned in paragraph 8 of the order dated 21st March, 2025, is present in the Court and clarifies that although this Court had directed submission of documents as per paragraph 8 of the order dated 21st March, 2025 and submission of a report after verification of the said does by 2nd May, 2025, however, since time was running out, he had requested for the 1/3

documents as referred to in paragraph 8 of the said order to be submitted well in time through the Registry as that is the procedure. The clarification is accepted.

Mr. Bhosale, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiffs/Applicants submits that in fact the entire compilation of the documents referred to in paragraph 8 of the order dated 21st March, 2025, is ready and that he will have the Attorney to file it in the Registry today, however, submitting that the original agreement / contracts referred to in paragraph 8(i) of the order dated 21st March, 2025 are not available, but only photocopies are available. 3.

It is observed from the order dated 21st March, 2025, that this Court had directed submission of original agreement / contracts entered into by the Plaintiffs along with other documents. Until and unless an explanation acceptable by this Court is furnished as to why the original agreement / contracts cannot be submitted for the purposes of the verification of the claim, this Court would not be in a position to modify the said order.

Mr. Bhosale, accordingly seeks some time to take an appropriate instructions in the matter.

At his request, to take instructions, list on 13th June, 2025. 6.
