Pursuant to order dated 18th July 2025, today when the matter is called out, Mr.Karan Bhosale, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicants/Plaintiffs seeks to tender across the bar an additional Affidavit on behalf of Global Radiance Ship Management Pte. Ltd. dated 21st August 2025 submitting that the said additional Affidavit addresses the issues raised by the Commissioner as highlighted by this ARTI VILAS KHATATE Court in the order dated 18th July 2025.

Since the Commissioner appointed earlier has now been assigned duties as a Registrar to the Kolhapur Circuit Bench, this Court would have to appoint another Commissioner to examine the additional Affidavit tendered across the bar by Mr.Bhosale. 3.

Mr.Bhosale has no objection if Mrs.Jyoti Bidye, Associate, is appointed as Commissioner to assist the Court. Let the said additional Affidavit be examined by Mrs.Jyoti Bidye, Associate, appointed as Commissioner by this Court and a report be submitted by the learned Commissioner by the next date.
