When the matter is called out, Mr. Bhosale, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that although the matter has been listed today to put in a table of compliances vis-a-vis the objections raised by the Commissioner in their reports, however, since the order dated 21st March, 2025, directing the Commissioner then appointed to verify the Powers of Attorney in originals, if any, issued by the Plaintiffs in terms of paragraph 8(ii) of the said order, the said Powers of Attorney have been cancelled and 29 Powers of Attorney have been freshly issued and that this Court may direct the Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:
