Pursuant to the order dated 28th March 2025, today when the matter was called out in the morning session, Ms. Singh, learned Counsel, for the Plaintiff sought time to take instructions with respect to the additional Affidavit to bring on record the heirs of the deceased Plaintiff.

In the afternoon session, when the matter is called out, Ms. Singh submits that the additional Affidavit seeking to bring on record the heirs of the deceased Plaintiff has been filed and that therefore this Court may allow the Interim Application.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions made in the Interim Application as well as in the additional Affidavit in support of the Interim Application, I am of the view that the heirs, viz. the widow as well as the three daughters of the deceased Plaintiff be brought on record.

Let the amendments to the Plaint and proceedings be carried out within a period of two weeks. Let the amended Plaint and proceedings be served on the others within a period of two weeks thereafter and let an appropriate Affidavit of service be filed. 5.

The Interim Application stands allowed and disposed as above.
