This Court vide an order dated 21 st February, 2024 granted the applicant Letters of Administration in respect of properties and credits of one Gelann Merwan Irani (the deceased). Learned Counsel submits that after issuance of grant, it came to the knowledge that certain other assets belonging to the deceased on the date of his death were not mentioned in the schedule of the assets appended to the Testamentary SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2025.05.06 18:24:43 +0530

17-IA-614-2025.doc Petition. It is to incorporate these further assets that the present Interim Application has been filed.

While dictating the order, it was pointed out to the learned Counsel that even schedule of amendment mentions only Rs.1/- as due and payable to the deceased towards 50% share of the monthly rent receivable in respect of Selvel Hoarding as also 50% share to receive monthly rent from H.P.C.L. Learned Counsel submitted that this happened inadvertently and seeks leave to replace the schedule. He is accordingly permitted to do so.
