6-S-760-2019.doc Receiver to the Plaintiff and therefore, this report may also be treated as disposed and the costs of Rs.5000/- be directed to be paid out to the funds lying in the suit account. Ordered accordingly. Interim Application No. 616 of 2024 2.

Mr. Menon, learned Counsel appears for the Defendant No.6 and submits that an Interim Application No. 616 of 2024 has been taken out for setting aside the no written statement order. 3.

Mr. Menon, however, submits that some time be granted to serve all the Respondents and file an appropriate affidavit of service. 4.
