When a query is put to Mr. Memon, learned Counsel appearing for the Defendant No.6 as to whether the Plaintiff has been served in the matter, Mr. Memon submits that the Plaintiff had been served earlier and if this Court directs, the Plaintiff and other unserved parties can be served once again.

Accordingly, let the Plaintiff as well as the unserved parties be served and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed by the next date. 4.
