Pursuant to earlier order of this Court, today when the matters are called out, Mr.Jagtap, learned Counsel, appears for Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) and submits that draft of the Consent Terms are pending with the higher officials of the MHADA and the matter be adjourned for two weeks. The other learned Counsel appearing in the matter submit that the matters be expedited. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel, list on 30th September 2024 on the Supplementary board.
