We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 1.

We find that the impugned order dated 1 September 2023 is the interim order passed by Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (AGRC). From the perusal of the order, it clearly appears that AGRC is seized of the proceedings. We are informed that the proceedings are now listed before the AGRC for final disposal of Application No. 164 of 2023.

In this view of the matter, it is appropriate that all the contentions as urged by the petitioner in the present proceedings are urged in the said proceedings. Let AGRC decide the said application in accordance with law on the scheduled date 25 July 2025

Writ Petition would not accordingly warrant further adjudication. It is disposed of.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Interim Application would also not survive, it is accordingly disposed of.
