The two Interim Applications stand disposed, subject to payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. 3.

Ms. Poojary, Master (Adm), appearing from the Court Receiver's Office submits that the costs, charges and expenses have been worked out and the statement of outstanding dues to the Court Receiver's Office will be furnished to the Applicant within a period of one week.

4.

Let the outstandings of the Court Receiver be paid in two weeks after receipt of the statement.
