Having heard the learned Counsel, this Court is of the view that the amendment be allowed in terms of the draft tendered across the bar.

Let the Interim Application be amended in terms of the said draft amendment within a period of two weeks. 6.

Let the amended Interim Application thereafter be served upon all the parties including the proposed Respondents and an appropriate Affidavit of service be filed within a period of two weeks. 7.
