CORAM: SOMASEKHAR SUNDARESAN, J.
DATE : NOVEMBER 4, 2025 ORDER :
1.
Heard all the four captioned Interim Applications together. 2.
Learned Counsel for the parties have meticulously taken me through the electronic acknowledgment generated by the server of this Court to demonstrate when the e-filing has been made. It is seen that in each case, the upload has taken place just within the 120-day deadline applicable to commercial disputes.
3.
In these circumstances, while much has been said across the bar, it is not necessary to burden this order with details of the submissions since it is fairly pointed out that the filings are just within deadline. 4.
The issue of costs in respect of the condonation is left open for consideration when the main proceedings are conducted. 5.
In these circumstances, all the four Interim Applications are hereby finally disposed of.
6.
List the main matter under the caption "For Directions" on November 18, 2025.
7.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
