1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (L.) No. 5781 of 2020, which was dismissed for non removal of office objections in furtherance of Order dated 5th July 2023 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master.

1.1) There is a delay of 180 days in preferring present Application. 2) Learned counsel for Applicant on instructions submitted that, for condonation of the said delay the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.15,000/- to the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai, within a period 1/2
