By this application, it is prayed that the delay of about 11 days in preferring the Commercial Appeal be condoned. The reasons for the cause of delay have been mentioned in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the application. Though the prayer is opposed by the learned Senior Advocate for the nonapplicant, we are satisfied that a sufficient cause has been made out for condoning the delay.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed. The delay in filing the Commercial Appeal stands condoned.
