Ms. Somaiya, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that despite service of order dated 5th August 2025 directing disclosure against the Respondents, neither any disclosures have been made nor any one represents the Respondents today nor any payments have been received from the Respondents and that this Court may issue bailable warrant of arrests against the Respondents No.1 and 2. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrants of arrest Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

43-IA-791-2025.doc against Respondents No.1 and 2 in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, returnable on 21st January 2026.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police Station for the execution of the bailable warrants. 4.

The Senior Inspector of the concerned Police Station to have the said bailable warrants executed and secure the presence of the Respondents No.1 and 2 on the next date.

5.

Let the Respondents No.1 and 2 remain present in Court on the next date.

List on 21st January 2026.
