The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant/Applicant stated that initially the Respondent-LLP was undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. That has finally culminated in a Resolution Plan and the Appellant has also received certain monies thereunder. He, therefore, submitted that nothing survives in the above Appeal and sought leave to withdraw the same. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the above Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 3.

In view of the dismissal of the above Appeal, nothing survives in the Interim Application No.856 of 2024 and the same is disposed of accordingly.
