The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant states that Execution Application No.484 of 2021 itself is withdrawn vide order dated 7th August 2025, hence nothing survives in the above Appeal. He, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the same. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the above Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the above Appeal, nothing survives in the above Interim Application and the same is disposed of accordingly. 4.
