This Court had vide an order dated 18 th October, 2001 granted the Applicant a Succession Certificate in respect of the debts and securities belonging to one Gandhi Champalal Mathuralal ("the deceased"). It is submitted that after the issuance of the grant, the Applicant became aware that the deceased also held 780 shares of Reliance Industries Limited which were not known to the Applicant at the time of Succession Certificate was granted. In respect of this contention that the said shares standing in the name of the deceased, Learned Counsel invites my attention to 780 shares held in folio No. 022844059 communication entered into share transfer agent to furnish details Ajit

2 62-IA-859-2025.doc of the said shares. Learned Counsel places his reliance upon a copy of letter dated 20 th June, 2023 issued by KFIN Technologies Limited who is the registrar and share transfer agent in which details of the said shares have been set out. 2.

Hence, a sufficient cause has been shown to allow the present Interim Application. The same is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus:

"(a) That this Hon 'ble Court be pleased to pemit/allow the Applicant to carry out Amendment in terms of Exhibit -J hereto in the Schedule - I being Exhibit-C to the above Petition after Sr.No.27 of Reliance Industries Ltd. as Sr. No.27-A and in total of securities amount and total amount at the end of the schedule to the Petition. (b) The office of the Learned Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay be directed to carry out the amend in the Schedule of the Succession Certificated dated 18th October, 2001 as per amended schedule Exhibit - C to the Petition at the end of Item 27 as 27 A and total Ex - J hereto"

The present Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. 4.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
