Ms. Mehta submits that the Applicant is the sole surviving heir and next of kin of the deceased. Relying on the averments set out in paragraph 2 of the Application, she seeks leave to amend the Testamentary Petition. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Applicant is permitted to incorporate the Schedule annexed as Exhibit 'C' to the Testamentary Petition, as prayed for in prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d).

Since the registered offices of some of the companies in which the shares and debentures forming part of Exhibit 'C' to the caption "Interim Application" are held outside Maharashtra, the amended Letters of Administration would have effect throughout India.

Reverification is dispensed with.

The Applicant undertakes to pay the additional court fees, if any, in accordance with law.
