This Court had vide an order dated 30 th July 2024 granted a MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE Probate to the Applicant in respect of the Last Will and Testament of one Hira Aspi Bhesania ('the deceased').

By way of the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks to add the immovable property to the Schedule of assets appended to the captioned Testamentary Petition.

However, on perusal, it appears that the Application does not set out (i) how the Applicant became aware of the fact that the deceased had the said immovable property, and (ii) the basis on which it is claimed that the said immovable property was stood in the name of the deceased at the time of her death.

To enable the Applicant to sufficiently explained both these aspects, the Applicant is directed to file an Additional Affidavit. Let the same be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
