The affidavit-in-reply filed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Mumbai Western Suburban, MSD, is taken on record. As per the said affidavit the application seeking vacation of the adinterim order/injunction, if any, granted by the learned Single Judge has been moved in Appeal from Order No. 858 of 2022.

Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State-respondents, on instructions given to him by Mr. Bhagwat G. Gavande, Sub Divisional Officer, Mumbai Western Suburban, MSD, who is present in Court, states that all appropriate steps shall be taken to ensure that the application seeking vacation of ad-interim order/injunction is heard at the earliest.

Learned Additional Government Pleader shall file an affidavit to be sworn in by the Sub Divisional Officer giving the details of the steps which might be taken during the interregnum for getting the application seeking vacation of the interim order in Appeal from Order No. 858 of 2022 listed and argued.
