This is an application for post grant amendment. This Court had vide an order dated 29 th July, 2013 granted the Applicant probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of one Pravinaben Laxmichand Jhaveri (the deceased).

Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that after the issuance of the grant, the Applicant discovered share certificate of 500 shares of The Phoenix Mills Limited. It is thus to include these shares that the present Interim Application has been filed. However, since the share certificate on which the Shubham 1/2
