This Court had vide an order dated 29 th July, 2013, granted the Application probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of one Pravinaben Laxmichand Jhaveri. Learned Counsel pointed out that after the issuance of the grant, it came to knowledge of the Application that the deceased held in her name 500 equity shares in Phoenix Mills Limited. It is to add these equity shares in the schedule of assets, the present Interim Application has been filed. 2.

Having heard Learned Counsel and having due regard to the Ajit

2 27-IA 870-25.doc contents of the Interim Application, I find sufficient cause has been shown to allow the present Interim Application. Furthermore, the Application is complied with the Order dated 2 nd April, 2025 and filed a further Affidavit setting out the basis on which it came to the knowledge after issuance of the grant that the said 500 equity shares stood in the name of the deceased. 3.

Hence, the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:

"a) That the delay if any, in filing the Interim Application be condoned.

b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow Application/Petitioner by carrying out the amendment, as per the schedule annexed herein and marked Ex-D"

Amendments to be made within a period of two weeks from the upload of this order.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
