The aforesaid Interim Application is taken out by the Applicant for restoration of W. P. (L) No. 40234 of 2022 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections pursuant to the Order dated 14.02.2024 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court (O.S.), Bombay.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and disposed of by setting aside the Order dated 14.02.2024 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court (O.S.), Anand Page No. 1
