Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that in view of the report submitted by the Registry, a fresh bailable warrant of arrest be issued.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the report dated 22nd September 2025, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh bailable warrant of arrest against the Respondent No.1, returnable on 11th December 2025.

The Registry is directed to be careful in sending the bailable warrant of arrest for execution of arrest warrant. 4.
