1) Despite granting extension to remove office objections on 4th February 2025, again an extension is sought with some specious pleas. However, on the statement made by the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner that, for extension of further time to remove office objections, the Petitioner will pay a cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
