Mr. Thakkar, the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff, tenders a draft amendment seeking to delete the name of Defendant No.6 from the cause title of the plaint and other proceedings and also to add the necessary averments in that regard. 4.

The draft amendment is taken on record and marked 'X'. The Plaintiff is allowed to amend the Plaint and the Interim Application in terms of the draft amendment marked 'X'.
