I have perused the said report and I am of the view that the Application be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) which read thus :- "(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay [Respondent] to issue cheque in KSG 1/2

27-IA-1046-2024.doc favour of the Applicant towards the fixed deposits with the Canara Bank, Fort Branch and the Union of India, Fort Branch being Cause No.9073 alongwith accrued interest as of date within a period as directed by this Hon'ble Court; (c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay [Respondent] to issue cheque in favour of the Applicant towards the fixed deposits with the Canara Bank, Fort Branch being Cause No.9074 pertaining to the deceased brother of the Applicant viz.Abhay Pramod Gaikwad who expired on 21.09.2008 alongwith accrued interest as of date within a period as directed by this Hon'ble Court;" 3.

Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
