The Applicant is a bank who claims to have a charge in respect of one flat in a building which is the subject matter of the development agreement entered into between the Plaintiff and Defendant No.1. It is his contention that on completion of redevelopment, his rights in the said flat would be lost or be effected. It is thus the impleadment is sought. Shubham 1/2

Mr. Mody, Learned Counsel has contested this Application strongly and seeks time to file an Affidavit-in-Reply. 3.
