The captioned Interim Application is for amendment. There is no opposition to the Interim Application being allowed. Hence, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to all rights and contentions of Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 being specifically kept open.

To aid the hearing of this matter, Defendant Nos. 3 to 5 shall on receipts of a request from the Plaintiff, furnish all the necessary details qua the accounts/deposits/investments of the deceased namely Manmohan Bhatkal as held in their respective banks.

At this stage, Mr. Shah submits that today since the Application for amendment being allowed, a composite reply shall be filed to the Interim Application. Liberty is granted to do so.
