The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 33 days in filing the above Appeal.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Appellant submitted that though in the Application it is stated that the delay is 33 days, in fact there is a delay of 39 days.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Appellant, the learned Advocate appearing for the Official Liquidator and the learned Advocate for M/s. Modistone Rubber Limited, we find that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay. In these circumstances, the delay is condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Applicant/Appellant shall take all necessary steps to remove all other office objections within a period of one week from today.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
