The captioned interim application is filed for certain amendments to be made in the petition as per the schedule annexed to the interim application. There is no opposition to this.

Hence, by consent, interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) which read thus :

"(a) That (1) Shiromani Vidyakar Kommalapati and (2) Danamma alias Diana Anandraju Katmala as the heirs and legal representatives of the Deceased be incorporated in title of Petition as the Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 as per schedule annexed hereto.

(b) To delete the names of legal heirs of deceased viz. Michael Samuel Basimalla died unmarried on 27-5-2019 in Mumbai and Prabhudas Samuel Basimalla died unmarried on 6-6-2022 in Mumbai in Paragraph No.6 of Petition as per schedule annexed hereto. (c) To delete word Petitioner and substitute the word Petitioners in the Petition as per schedule annexed hereto."
