The learned Counsel appearing for the Defendant Nos. 1 to 5 has sought time to file Affidavit in Rejoinder to the Affidavit in Reply filed by the Plaintiff in the Interim Application taken out by the Defendant Nos. 1 to 5 under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908.

The Defendant Nos. 1 to 5 shall file Affidavit in Rejoinder within a period of two weeks from the date of this order i.e. 6th September 2024.
