By Order dated 25th June 2012, the Writ Petition has been admitted.

Mr. Jalan, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the original Petitioner has passed away on 28th March 2014. The Applicant is the widow of the original Petitioner. Mr. Jalan, learned Counsel states that the only issue involved in the Writ Petition is back-wages. He states that the Applicant who is widow of the original Petitioner is senior citizen and is facing severe financial problems and she is not able to meet her medical expenses. 1/2

In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, list the Writ Petition in the final hearing board commencing from 11th November 2024 in the category of "Senior Citizens".
