Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

By the impugned arbitral award, the learned arbitrator, while dismissing the claims as well as counter-claims, has made certain observations, with which the petitioners are aggrieved. It is the case of the petitioners that the said observations are detrimental to their interests, particularly because the petitioners have no audience before the Co-operative Court, where the contesting respondent Nos.1 and 2 have challenged the resolutions of respondent No.3Society. 3.

Since all three respondents are represented before this Court, it would be appropriate that this petition is listed for final disposal. by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 12.12.2025. Mr. Jain waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Joshi waives notice on behalf of respondent No.3-Society. 5.

This Court is informed that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have e-filed a reply affidavit. But the same does not appear to have been taken on record by the registry.
