By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing affidavit of proof of debt and consequent direction to the official liquidator to adjudicate the claim of the applicant. 2.

A perusal fo the application, shows that the applicant claims BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2025.05.03 10:48:59 +0530 to be a fixed deposit holder of the company in liquidation for an BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited for a period of 12 months, which was to mature on 29th October 2013.

Considering the statements made in the application, particularly in paragraph 4 thereof, this Court is of the opinion that it would be in the interest of justice that delay is condoned.

bipin prithiani 923-ia-1207.25.doc Although, the delay is of 888 days, the length of the delay cannot be a reason to refuse condonation, so long as the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condonation of delay. 4.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. The official liquidator is directed to adjudicate the claim of the applicant, in accordance with law. MANISH PITALE, J.
