Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that against the impugned order dated 24th January, 2024, Commercial Appeal, namely, Commercial Appeal (L) No.10648 of 2024 was filed and when it was listed with other appeals on 12th December 2024, it has been admitted and prayer for interim relief has been rejected.

The aforesaid submission has not been fairly opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the order dated 12th December, 2024 passed by the Division Bench of this court in Commercial Appeal (L) No. 10648 of 2024, this appeal is admitted for hearing. The prayer for interim relief is, however, rejected. Interim Application No. 1225 of 2024 is disposed of.
