By this Interim Application, the applicant-petitioner seeks to restore the Writ Petition that came to be dismissed for failure to remove office objections. The reasons as to why the objections could not be removed have been mentioned in paragraphs 5 to 8 of the IA. 2.

Though the prayer made in the IA is opposed by the learned counsel for respondent no.1, we are satisfied that there is no deliberate intention on the part of the applicant-petitioner in not removing the office objections. We may note that even after notifying the office objections, the Writ Petition was listed on 11th March 2024.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed. The Writ Petition is restored subject to office objections being removed within a period of two weeks from today.

Interim Application is disposed of.
