The aforesaid Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs and representatives of the Original Petitioner who has passed away on 12.09.2020 and to condone the delay of 622 days in filing the Application. The present Application is filed on 05.02.2024.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b). Amendment be carried out within a Anand Page No. 1
