Mr. Jadhav, Learned Counsel has today entered appearance for Respondent No.2-MHADA and submits that the present Interim Application is misconceived since the MHADA has already prescribed a procedure for transfer of units. He handed over a copy of the procedure prescribed by MHADA for transfer of the said unit.

The Interim Application is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
