Once again time is being sought on behalf of the Applicant/ Plaintiff, not only to file rejoinder to the Interim Application No.1283 of 2025, but also to file response to the disclosure Affidavit. Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

It is observed from the record and proceedings that since 4th February 2025 onwards time is being sought and again on 12th March 2025 time was sought. Today again time is being sought. This cannot go on. Any request for time has to be met with imposition of costs. 3.

Accordingly, only and only as and by way of last chance but subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai, within a period of two weeks, let response to the disclosure Affidavit as well as rejoinder to Interim Application No. 1283 of 2025 be filed within a period of three weeks, after payment of costs, with copy to the other side. 4.
