1.

Mr. Hiren Kamod, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Plaintiff has sought time to file Affidavit-in-Rejoinder to the Affidavit-in-Reply, an unaffirmed copy of which has been served upon the Plaintiff.

2.

The Affidavit-in-Reply is still to be filed in the Court which shall be filed during the course of the day.

3.

The affirmed copy of the Affidavit-in-Reply shall also be served upon the Plaintiff.

4.

The Plaintiff shall file Affidavit-in-Rejoinder on or before 15th June, 2024.

5.

Place the above matter alongwith Commercial IPR Suit (L) No.15545 of 2024 and Commercial IPR Suit (L) No.15551 of 2024 on 18th June, 2024, High on Board.

6.

The earlier ad-interim order shall continue to operate till the next date.
