Mr Singh, learned Counsel for the Original Petitioner, based on instructions from the Original Petitioner makes the following statements:

1-OSIA-1357-2024 IN WP-43-2017.DOC (a) that Occupancy Certificate is already obtained in respect of Multipurpose Unit No. 2 and the possession of this unit will be handed over to the Applicant on or before 26th July 2024;

(b) the Original Petitioner has already paid the transit rent up to April 2024 and the transit rent for the months of May, June and July will also be paid by 26th July 2024. 2.

By accepting the above statements and directing the Original Petitioner to comply such statements without giving any excuses, we dispose of this Interim Application with no costs. (Kamal Khata, J) (M.S. Sonak, J) 28th June 2024
