By an order dated 14 March, 2024, the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution, however, subsequently, it was restored. Today also none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
