The above Interim Application is filed seeking certain amendments to the above Appeal. In the schedule of amendments what is sought is a correction in the number of the Testamentary Petition as well as addition of certain grounds.

Having perused the Interim Application for amendments and considering that the Appeal is not yet admitted, we do not see any impediment in allowing the amendments as sought in the Interim Application. In these circumstances, the Applicant/Appellant is permitted to amend the above Appeal as per the schedule of amendments annexed to the Interim Application. 3.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today and the amended copy of the Appeal shall be served on the advocates for the Respondents immediately thereafter. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Place the above Appeal for admission on 11th July 2024. 6.
