When the matter is called out, at the outset, Mr. Lahiri, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicant has conceded that in view of re-adjudication of the worker's claims in the year 2023, prayer clause

(9) in Interim Application No.887 of 2020 had indeed become infructuous.

After this matter is heard for a while, Mr. Lahiri seeks to withdraw the Application with liberty to agitate the rest of the prayers in Interim Application No.887 of 2020 before the Official Liquidator. 3.

The other learned Counsel have no objection.

The Interim Application accordingly to stand disposed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
