ORDER :

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 has sought time to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent No.1. The Vakalatnama shall be filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 by the learned Advocate on or before 13th January, 2025. 2.

By an order dated 28th November, 2024, the Respondents were directed to file Affidavit of Disclosures within a 1/2

30-ia-1406-2024.doc period of four weeks from the date of the said Order in terms of prayer Clauses (b) and (d) which were granted. The Respondents have sought extension of time to file their Affidavit of Disclosure. 3.

Accordingly, extension of time is granted. The Affidavit of Disclosure shall be filed on or before 16th January, 2025. 4.

Interim Application shall be placed for consideration on 20th January, 2025.
